As a student evangelist, you will be responsible for executing real projects in viral marketing under guidance from experts at lifeblob. You will receive your initial training in viral marketing techniques online and thereafter will be expected to strategize and execute the projects within the guidelines and targets provided.

Responsibilities
As a management intern, you will work closely with the interactive marketing team at lifeblob to define and execute the marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include building the marketing strategy and acting on it, evangelizing the service, leveraging interactive marketing, social media and other online marketing techniques to meet the user acquisition targets and helping the development team refine the product based on user feedback. You will need to be deeply involved with online communities and engage with global thought leaders to drive adoption of the service.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a management course in a reputed institute, preferably with a focus on marketing.
• An engineering degree and/or prior work experience is a bonus.
• Excellent oral communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge and interest in popular internet services globally.
• Interest in social media and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Hardworking and willing to learn.

Requirements

As a Product Manager, you will work with the core team to build a world class service for a global user base. Your responsibilities will include evangelizing the service, understanding user requirements and defining a product vision and strategy. You will also be responsible for defining and executing the user acquisition plan by leveraging interactive marketing and social media.

• Understand and analyse user needs, and conduct research on markets and competitors.
• Establish short- and long-term product goals and strategies.
• Build and manage a product roadmap to support our goals and strategies.
• Initiate and prioritise projects within engineering, track product development and develop product launch plans.
• Engage closely with the development team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (an MBA is a plus).
• At least 3 years of product management or product design experience.
• Experience in developing Internet products and technologies.
• Excellent oral communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch.
