A community of bloggers has a huge membership and meets every 2 weeks. Its members capture photos, videos and the discussion that happens during the meet. These photos, videos and thoughts were scattered all over the internet.

One of the members started a lifeblob. With a few clicks, she was able to import blogs of the members to build up the lifeblob. The community instantly had a single place to get all its content and showcase it to the world. More members started adding content to this lifeblob and showcasing the accomplishments of the community. This increased their visibility and enabled a lot more people to learn about them and join them.

All the members now simply follow the lifeblob to get updates. In fact, when the organizers need to schedule a meetup, they posted the details at a future date. People interested in attending the event click "Link to me" in the post to RSVP. At the end of the meetup, members update the post with their photos, videos and thoughts.
