Hi Pranav, i was lucky, it was a very calm morning and little movement from the sea water. I was using a polarizer filter and shutter speed was 1/8. I have since purchased a 0.9 neutral density filter and if you have a moment check out my photo of carrickfergus castle with the sun rising behind it, i use the 0.9 ND and polarizer together which had the shutter open for 15 secs, the water is so smooth. But unfortunately the boat is blurry.
